Christmas at Hamilton Road

Happy Christmas. We have lots of things going on over Christmas and you are very welcome to them all!
Gifts fit for a King (Sunday mornings in December)
“On coming to the house, the Magi saw the child with his mother Mary and they bowed down and worshipped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, and of frankincense and of myrrh.” (Matthew 2v11)
We're familiar with the story perhaps... but WHAT DO THESE GIFTS SIGNIFY?
Our Sunday morning series in December will explore the significance of these three gifts and what they teach us about the Lord Jesus Christ.
Gold (Sunday 7th) Jesus is our King-Messiah to whom we must all bow.
Frankincense (Sunday 14th) Jesus is our Divine-Priest who brings us into close fellowship with God.
Myrrh (Sunday 21st) Jesus is our Saviour-Sacrifice who gives himself to atone for our sins and win our salvation.Sunday mornings in December.
